9 Awesome Insights and Reflections on The Linkedin Creator Accelerator Program

For 10 weeks of my life, I’ve been strapped to the LinkedIn rocket, AKA the LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program. It’s almost over yet the story has just begun! 🚀

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒅?
The launch of LinkedIn’s transformation from a professional social media platform into a safe space for people with passion. 🌎

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝑰 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚? 

1. 𝑾𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔. We all have something to learn like I did from the other 100 but also every one of us has something to share.
2. 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕. Dry spells come. Remember, your passion and purpose is the well that keeps giving.
3. 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅. Change starts with you.
4. 𝑩𝒆 𝒂 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 1𝒔𝒕 & 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 2𝒏𝒅. Be you. You’ll find your people by being yourself. Embolden other’s to be themselves, too.

Content, like people, is diverse. Yet, I was so amazed every day of the last 10 weeks by the common themes among the first 100:

1. 𝑾𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏. There is a human side to every story.
2. 𝑩𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒅. Every day, each of us is going through something.
3. 𝑰𝒕 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔 𝒂 𝒗𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒆. Collaboration and community sustains.
4. 𝑾𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒔. As people and communities.
5. 𝑲𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈. Life goes on and your community needs you.
